AOS Home Solutions is offering a limited-time Spring Deck & Porch promotion designed to help homeowners begin their outdoor living projects with flexible payment terms and additional project incentives. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Promotion Overview

During the promotional period, qualifying customers may receive the following benefits when booking an eligible project with AOS Home Solutions:

• $1,000 down payment to secure a project build date
• $500 discount applied to the total project cost
• $500 credit toward a qualifying upgrade option

These benefits are available only for qualifying projects meeting all eligibility and contractual requirements outlined in this document.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this promotion, the following conditions must be met:

• The project must be a minimum project value of $5,000
• The homeowner must sign a service agreement with AOS Home Solutions on or before May 30, 2026
• The property must be located within the AOS Home Solutions service area (within approximately 50 miles of Pine Island, Minnesota)
• The homeowner must be the legal property owner where the work will be performed

Projects must be newly contracted projects during the promotional period.

3. Eligible Project Types

This promotion applies only to the following project types:

• New deck construction
• Deck refacing projects
• Three-season porches
• Screen porches

The promotion does NOT apply to:

• Deck repairs
• Structural repairs
• Maintenance services
• Projects below the $5,000 minimum threshold

AOS Home Solutions reserves the right to determine project eligibility at its sole discretion.

4. Promotional Discount

Customers participating in this promotion will receive:

$500 off the total project cost

This discount will be applied to the final contract price after project scope and materials are determined.

The promotional discount:

• Has no cash value
• Cannot be transferred to another project or customer
• Cannot be redeemed outside the promotional period

5. $500 Upgrade Credit

Customers may receive up to $500 in upgrade credit, which may only be applied toward the following approved upgrade options:

Approved Upgrade Options:

• Pergola
• Deck Lighting
• Concrete Patio (minimum size 8' x 8')
• Drink Rail
• Deck Skirting
• Post Wraps
• Rain Guard

The upgrade credit:

• Must be applied to one or more approved upgrades listed above
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Cannot be applied toward base project construction costs
• Cannot exceed $500 in value

If the selected upgrade exceeds $500, the customer is responsible for the remaining balance.

6. Payment Terms

To qualify for the promotion, customers must agree to the following payment structure:

• $1,000 due at contract signing to secure a project build date
• 50% of the remaining project balance due prior to materials being ordered
• Remaining project balance due upon project completion

Materials will not be ordered until required payment conditions are met.

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in project delays or removal from the build schedule.

7. Build Date Reservation

The $1,000 deposit secures a position in the AOS Home Solutions project schedule.

Build dates are scheduled based on:

• project scope
• permitting timelines
• material availability
• seasonal construction factors

AOS Home Solutions cannot guarantee exact start dates due to weather, supply chain issues, or project scheduling adjustments.

8. Promotion Limitations

This promotion:

• Cannot be combined with any other AOS Home Solutions promotions, discounts, or incentives
• Is non-transferable
• Applies only to new contracts signed during the promotional period
• Applies only to eligible project types

AOS Home Solutions reserves the right to determine project eligibility.

9. Advertising Clarification

To ensure accurate communication of this promotion:

This promotion does NOT include:

• Free pergolas
• Free patios
• Free upgrades
• $1,000 off any project

The promotion consists only of:

• $500 project discount
• $500 upgrade credit toward qualifying upgrades

10. Materials and Pricing

Material costs are subject to:

• current market pricing
• supplier availability
• project-specific requirements

Final pricing will be reflected in the signed project agreement.

Material costs are not included in promotional upgrade credit unless specifically applied to an approved upgrade option.

11. Service Agreement Supersedes Promotion

All customers must sign a formal AOS Home Solutions service agreement prior to project commencement.

The terms of the signed service agreement supersede any promotional terms or marketing materials.

12. Promotion Modifications

AOS Home Solutions reserves the right to:

• modify promotion terms
• update eligibility requirements
• terminate the promotion at any time

However, contracts signed before the promotional end date will honor the promotional terms stated at the time of signing.

13. Governing Law

This promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be handled within the appropriate jurisdiction in Minnesota.
